York police told the Star that a pedestrian was reportedly struck by the driver of a Viva Rapid Transit bus. It's unclear if there were passengers onboard.

A pedestrian is in life-threatening condition after reportedly being struck by the driver of a transit bus in Vaughan on Monday morning.

The collision happened in the area of Highway 7 and Weston Road shortly before 8 a.m.
